Tritax want to build a Strategic Rail Freight Interchange (SRFI) on 500+ acres of green belt opposite Kenyon Hall farm.  It is likely to replace the current RFI in Trafford and allow for expansion.

The Statutory Consultation closed on 23rd December.  We note that there will be a further consultation covering noise, traffic and transport in spring 2026 and we will all need to provide more feedback at that stage.​

THIS IS NOT PARKSIDE - which has already been approved and construction underway.  That 
warehousing is going to be. Big. Visible. Disruptive.
